This website
luxifyhome.design is an informational website. It has no forms, no advertising cookies and no analytics, and we do not collect personal information on it. The language you choose is remembered only in your own browser. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site.
When you contact us or use the studios
Messages on WhatsApp, phone calls and the forms at luxify.design (estimates, saved designs, measuring visits) are used only to answer your request. We store the name, phone number or email and ZIP code you give us, the design you ask about and a record of your consent. WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own privacy terms.
Consent and messages
We contact you about your request only after you agree to it. Offers and design news are optional, need a separate box that is never pre-checked, and are never a condition of purchase: up to 4 messages per month, only between 8 am and 8 pm your local time and never more than 3 in 24 hours on the same subject.
Reply STOP to any text or WhatsApp message to opt out (PARAR, CANCELAR, SAIR, BAJA and UNSUBSCRIBE work too) and we stop at once. Reply HELP for help. We do not sell your contact details or share them with other companies for their own marketing.
How long we keep information
- Requests that do not become a signed project: deleted automatically 24 months after the last activity.
- Consent records: kept as a minimal record for 5 years after our last contact, even after the request is deleted.
- Signed projects (contract, measurements, templates, drawings, installation photos, warranty claims): 8 years after completion.
- Technical logs and abuse-prevention records: 30 days.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct your information at any time, or to delete it before these periods end, by WhatsApp or phone at +1 407-616-5547, or by email at hello@luxify.design. We confirm what we deleted and anything the law requires us to keep.
